I meet with individuals, families, and caregivers facing challenges, seeking growth, clarifying core values, or exploring spiritual resources, often as a spiritual complement to therapy or medical support that others are providing.
I believe it is worth honoring the spiritual terrain around experiences of illness, healing, disability, aging, grief, loss, impairment, medical treatment, life transitions, dementia, caregiving, and dying. We have many resources to draw upon – from various sacred/faith traditions, to nature, to what transcends our sense of self and also what we carry inside of us. Sometimes those resources seem rusty, irrelevant, far away or inaccessible; they may require a little experimentation and practice. We don’t have to do it all alone. I offer the opportunity to tap into, explore, adapt, or reframe what can work for you.
Whether you are seeking peace, growth, a prayerful pause, or an understanding ear as you process what is going on for you, you’ll find acceptance and support from me.
Individuals and various constellations of families across a wide range of identities, religious backgrounds, perspectives, and personal practice have found inspiration and comfort through our shared exploration. Many people have also experienced support and camaraderie in the context of a support group, class or workshop.
Depending on your interests and needs, I can be available for a one-time conversation, as well as occasional or ongoing support. I offer both video- and phone-based sessions, usually an hour in length, by appointment.

Getting started
The fee for individual support ranges from $180 to $250 per regular phone or video session, taking into account factors such as frequency of appointments and geographic variation in cost of living. I have limited sliding scale availability beyond that range, based on a client’s financial capacity. The amount is normally determined in advance by mutual agreement, when we arrange our initial appointment.
The fee for the upcoming, eight-week bereavement group is $250.
